Zambia currently has two presidential executive planes and two executive helicopters.

Lately, a gray presidential helicopter carrying President Hakainde Hichilema has been spotted. AB139 9J-ten Agusta.

According to sources, the government has just purchased this executive helicopter. It belongs to the same type as the older 9J-Zam Agusta copper Presidential Helicopter.

Depending on the year of manufacture, maintenance, fixtures, and improvements, the cost ranged from $15 million to $25 million.

The spacious, unrestricted cabin of the AW139 – Agusta can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort, and it is conveniently accessed through an automatically deployed footstep.

President Obama traveled to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for the 36th Ordinary Session of the Heads of State Assembly of the African Union.
